Creators may organize Clips into Pulse Series consisting of connected episodes and seasons.

Creators remain responsible for content they upload.
Creators must have the necessary rights and permissions for content they publish.
You retain ownership of the intellectual-property rights you have in content that you create and upload to AttahChat, subject to the rights and licenses described in these Terms.
AttahChat does not automatically become the owner of your User Content merely because you upload it.
When you upload or publish User Content, you grant AttahChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, encode, format, display, transmit, distribute, and make your content available through the Service.
This license exists only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

AttahChat will provide mechanisms for users to report content, accounts, messages, or other activity that may violate these Terms or applicable law.

False or abusive reporting may itself violate these Terms.
Where AttahChat restricts or removes content or takes certain account actions, users may have an opportunity to appeal where required by applicable law or where AttahChat provides an appeal process.
Appeals should explain why the user believes the decision was incorrect.
AttahChat may maintain appropriate records of moderation and appeal decisions.
You may not upload copyrighted material unless you have the necessary authorization or another lawful basis.
AttahChat may remove content that is alleged to infringe intellectual-property rights.
We may take appropriate action against repeat infringers consistent with applicable law and our Copyright Policy.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AttahChat's intellectual property to you.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your relationship with AttahChat but does not replace these Terms.

AttahChat may operate using infrastructure and service providers located in different countries.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, AttahChat will use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
For EU/EEA personal data, international transfers may require mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards, or applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where permitted by applicable law, AttahChat may use individual arbitration for certain disputes.
Any arbitration provision applicable to you must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer-protection laws and applicable jurisdictional requirements.
Where legally permitted, AttahChat and the user may agree that claims should be brought individually rather than as part of a class or representative action.
However, this provision does not apply where applicable law prohibits such a limitation.
These Terms may be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except to the extent that the mandatory laws of the country or jurisdiction where you live apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory rights available to you under the laws applicable to you.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, additional rights and obligations may apply to your use of AttahChat.

The EU Digital Services Act provides users with mechanisms to report illegal content and, in applicable circumstances, challenge platform moderation decisions.
AttahChat will implement additional processes where legally required.
