Copyright Policy

AttahChat respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. You may not upload copyrighted material unless you own it, have permission, or have another lawful basis.

1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on AttahChat infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• Identification of the material to be removed (URL or enough detail to locate it)
• Your contact information
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act

Send notices to support@attahchat.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice.”

2. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed or disabled through mistake or misidentification.

3. Repeat infringers

AttahChat may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. No transfer of rights

Nothing in this policy transfers any AttahChat intellectual property rights to you. The AttahChat name, logo, branding, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to AttahChat.
